Return and refund policy

RETURN POLICY – ELEANOR BOUTIQUE

Please note

We do not offer free returns. Returns may involve additional costs, which are the responsibility of the customer.


Is it possible to return my order?

Yes. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the conditions below are met.

Return conditions:

  • The item must be returned in its original condition, including all components and packaging as received.

  • Damage caused by careless handling is excluded.

  • Items for which hygiene is important must be clean and unworn.

  • We reserve the right to charge return shipping costs to the customer.

  • Returns are processed within 7 working days after receipt. Once approved, the return will be officially acknowledged within this period.

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns if items appear used, worn, or damaged beyond our control.


How can I return my order?

If your return meets the above conditions, please follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to info@eleanor-boutique.com

  2. Include the following information in your email:

    • Order number

    • Reason for return

    • Photo(s) of the product (required if damaged or faulty)

    • First and last name

    • Full shipping address

After reviewing your request, we will provide you with the correct return address.
Please do not send your return back to the sender.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour after placement by contacting our customer service team.
After 1 hour, cancellation is no longer possible as the order will already be in processing.


Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days from the day you (or a third party designated by you) receive the goods.

Due to our fully automated order processing system, orders are prepared and shipped immediately. Once an order has entered the shipping process, it cannot be interrupted or cancelled.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify Eleanor Boutique by email with a clear statement of your decision.
The withdrawal is completed once we have received the returned goods.

Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.

Please note: shipments originating from Asia may experience longer transit times.

If your order is already on its way, cancellation is not possible. You may return the item after delivery. You are welcome to notify us in advance.

To speed up processing, please email us your return shipping confirmation once dispatched.


Customs fees

Returned shipments may be subject to customs inspections and additional fees.
Any customs duties, taxes, or handling charges are the responsibility of the customer and will not be reimbursed.


Damaged or faulty items

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us at info@eleanor-boutique.com and include clear photos and a description of the issue.
If the issue is confirmed to be our fault, we will send a replacement free of charge.


Refunds

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received excluding delivery costs, within 14 days of being informed of your decision and receipt of the returned goods.

Refunds will be made using the original payment method, unless agreed otherwise. No additional fees will be charged.


Important notice

All returns are sent to our central warehouse in Asia at the customer’s expense.
